Programme Rundown
The programme of Kindfulness Symposium 2024 is oriented into two parts: a lectural morning and an experiential afternoon.
The morning sessions (9:00am - 1:00pm) will feature scholars around the globe, sharing insights through presentations and panel discussions. (Available both Onsite and Online)
Afternoon Sessions (2:30pm - 6:00 pm) will be experiential learning sessions and workshops, ranging from sound healing experience, forest therapy experience, psychotherapy experience, museum tour and thematic seminars, etc. (Available Onsite only)
* Please be noted that the medium of instruction is English for morning sessions (with simultaneous Mandarin/Cantonese interpretation) and English/Cantonese for afternoon experiential sessions. Please refer to the rundown below for the language used for a particular session. *
